How to Coach, Encourage, and Motivate Children

For our coaches in our Division 6 program for youngest players (generally school grades 1 and 2), we begin the season with a "how to coach" clinic from U.K. Elite, our partner for many elements of the RSA program.   This is a 2-part session; one part focuses on the game of soccer, the second focuses on coaching and motivational techniques.  We believe that we're the only recreation organization in town that offers this kind of program.  Your Division coordinator will provide information about it.

Coaches from other division programs are also welcomed to attend.
