PROGRAMS
AND ELIGIBILITY
In
order to promote equitable play and for the RSA programs to be consistent with
the rules of the Northwest Bergen Soccer
Association (NWBSA), players participate in divisions established in
accordance with the FIFA birth date cutoff of August 1 of each year.
To
help assure player safety and because the nature of these programs is
recreational rather than competitive, the RSA strictly abides by its policy
of not allowing children to "play-up" into the next age bracket.
We will only make exceptions when "playing up" allows a child who is
young for a school grade to play with his or her classmates
