Have any old cleats, jerseys, soccer balls lying around the house? Well don’t let them just sit there and definitely don’t throw them away. Donate them to SEND, the Soccer Equipment Neighborhood Drive.  SEND is a charitable organization that collects and distributes pre-owned soccer equipment to those less fortunate.

SEND has a longstanding relationship with Project Hope in Haiti .  Project Hope is a farming and vocational orphanage for over 600 boys and girls.  Although the children at Project Hope are the primary recipients, equipment is also available to local soccer players. Contact SEND to find out how you can receive pre-owned equipment at no cost.

It is easy to donate.  SEND Drop-off bins are located at all Ridgewood elementary schools, BF and GW Middle Schools and the Ridgewood High School .  To learn more about SEND or to make a financial contribution, visit www.SENDcharity.com
